Ain't Our Cup of Meat

The Mighty Quin has fallen. Everybody's gonna jump for joy?

I love how the Missourian went with the worst picture they had of him. He looks like he just lost a fist fight. So much for all those stories about how cute he is and his wonderful hair.

Katie always knew he was no good. It's those crazy eyes!

Kind of convenient that a former Big XII coach was waiting in the wings. Not that the Aggies are really a men's bball powerhouse. Was Melvin the backup plan all along?

Since we're cleaning house, I know someone else who should meet Quin's fate. His initials are Mike Alden.

Then maybe Mizzou could truly begin to recover its athletic dignity. I can take losing. It's the phone calls from jail, drug busts and arena naming scandals that shame me. Tigers fans have been through enough.

So Quin is gone...I have to defend him by saying that I did like him in his first 3 years of coaching...the hair, those eyes that didn't look so crazy just yet, and taking us to the dance year after year...when did it all go wrong? However I'm glad to see that he has moved on (or was forced to move on!) Baylor beat us...that was the last straw. As for Mike Alden, I couldn't agree with you more...get that guy out of here!
